The owner must display the plaque outside the property to prove this classification.<\/p>\n<h2>Regulations<\/h2>\n<p>Decreto 50\/2011, of 8 April (BOC No. 81, the Canary Islands official gazette), sets the design of the CN19 plaque and requires it to be fixed next to the main entrance, visible from the property&#8217;s access. The casa emblem\u00e1tica category was introduced by Decreto 142\/2010, of 4 October, the Reglamento de la Actividad Tur\u00edstica de Alojamiento (the Tourist Accommodation Activity Regulation), which replaced the earlier rural-tourism regime to showcase distinctive buildings that form part of Canarian heritage.<\/p>\n<h2>Features<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Size:<\/strong> 30 x 30 cm.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Material:<\/strong> aluminium composite panel, suitable for outdoor use.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Design:<\/strong> official CN19 distintivo as set out in the schedule to Decreto 50\/2011.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Fixing:<\/strong> can be fixed with screws or mounting adhesive.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Ordering and delivery<\/h2>\n<p>It is made to order and shipped to any island in the Canaries.
