About this product
The CN25 distintivo (the official classification plaque) identifies a tourism intermediary in the Canary Islands: the individual or company that habitually engages in mediating and arranging tourist services, providing linked travel services without operating as a travel agency. It must display the plaque at its customer service point.
Regulations
Decreto 50/2011, of 8 April (BOC no. 81), sets the design of the CN25 plaque and requires it to be placed somewhere visible at the customer service point. Tourism intermediary activity in the Canary Islands is regulated by Decreto 89/2010, of 22 July, updated by Decreto 362/2023, which requires each intermediary to hold a non-transferable identification code linked to the holder of the activity and to each premises or means through which it is carried out.
