This legal notice governs access to and use of the website https://publinkgc.com (hereinafter, “the website”), through which Publink provides information about its printing, signage, garment personalisation and graphic design services, and offers users an online shop for purchasing certain products.

Access to the website is free of charge and does not require prior registration, except for certain features such as purchasing through the online shop. Users agree to make appropriate and lawful use of the website and its content and services, in accordance with applicable law, morality and public order, and to refrain from using it in any way that could prevent, damage or impair its normal operation, or the property or rights of Publink, its suppliers, other users or third parties.

4. Intellectual and industrial property

The text, images, trademarks, logos, designs, source code and other content on the website are the property of Publink or of third parties who have authorised their use, and are protected by intellectual and industrial property law. For personalised orders, the customer who supplies a logo, image, text or design for reproduction declares that they hold the necessary rights over that material, or the corresponding authorisation, and is solely liable for any third-party claim arising from it.

5. Disclaimer of liability

Publink does not guarantee the continuous availability of the website or the absence of errors in its content, and is not liable for any damage arising from interruptions, computer viruses, faults or network disconnections, or from any use third parties may make of the information published. The website may contain links to third-party pages over whose content Publink has no control or responsibility.

6. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These conditions are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute arising from access to or use of the website shall be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of Las Palmas, unless consumer protection regulations provide for a different jurisdiction.
