Terms and Conditions of Sale
These conditions govern the purchase of products through Publink’s online shop at https://publinkgc.com. By placing an order, the customer accepts the conditions described below.

Purchase process
The customer selects the product and, where applicable, configures its personalisation (design, text, size, quantity), adds it to the basket and completes the order by providing contact details, delivery address and payment method. Before confirming the order, a summary is shown with the total price, shipping costs and estimated timeframe.
Prices
Prices shown on the website include IGIC (Impuesto General Indirecto Canario, the Canary Islands’ general indirect tax) at the current general rate, applicable to sales made within the Canary Islands: the amount shown on the product page is the amount charged in the basket. Shipping costs, which also include IGIC, are shown separately before checkout is completed.
Payment
Payment is made by card through Stripe, a payment platform that processes the transaction securely. Publink does not store the customer’s card details.
Personalised orders
For products made from a design, logo, text or image supplied by the customer (T-shirts, mugs, stickers, banners, signs, name badges and similar), the customer is responsible for the quality, resolution and intellectual property rights of the material provided. Before producing large runs, Publink may provide a proof or digital mock-up for approval; once approved, production begins.
On T-shirts and other garments, the print area is limited by width: up to 30 cm on the back, 28 cm on the chest and 9 cm on each sleeve. When a design is taller than it is wide, that maximum still applies to the width, and the resulting height is scaled proportionally, so the final printed size may be smaller than the customer expected. The website’s 3D designer always shows the actual print size in centimetres before the product is added to the basket.
Due to differences between screens, printing materials and manufacturing processes, there may be slight colour variations between the design shown on screen and the final result. Such variations, within reasonable tolerances, are not considered a manufacturing defect.
Production times
Production times are expressed in working hours: counted Monday to Friday and excluding Saturdays, Sundays and national, Canary Islands regional or Mogán local public holidays. The countdown starts once payment is confirmed and the customer has approved the design or digital proof, whichever happens later. Orders confirmed on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday are processed on the next working day, normally Monday, at which point the production countdown starts.
For personalised T-shirts, the production time is 72 working hours for orders of up to 49 units, and up to 7 working days for orders of 50 units or more. In practice, most large orders are completed in around 96 working hours; the 7 working days is the maximum committed timeframe. If the customer requests design changes after approving the proof, the countdown restarts from the new approval.
For all other products (name badges, mugs, stickers, banners, canvases, signage and large-format printing), the production time is confirmed together with the quote or during checkout, before the order is finalised.
These timeframes correspond to manufacturing at the workshop and do not include transport time when the order is sent by courier. If, for reasons beyond Publink’s control (a stock shortage at our supplier, disruption to inter-island sea transport, or force majeure), it is not possible to meet the stated timeframe, the customer will be informed and offered a new delivery date or cancellation of the order with a full refund.
Delivery

Warranty and returns
Products with a manufacturing defect are replaced free of charge. Personalised products are excluded from the 14-day right of withdrawal under article 103.c) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007). See the details in Delivery and Returns.
Governing law and jurisdiction
The sale is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of Las Palmas, without prejudice to any rights that consumer protection regulations grant the customer in their place of residence.
