Materials
Polypropylene (PP)
A lightweight, flexible material resistant to water, sun and wind. A common choice for estate agent signage in the Canary Islands thanks to its good balance of price and outdoor durability.
Foamboard / expanded PVC
A rigid material with a more polished finish. Ideal for building-site signs, office display stands and signage that needs to keep its shape without warping.
Sizes and formats
We work with the standard sizes used in the estate agency sector (for example 50×70 cm and 70×100 cm) as well as custom sizes, depending on the type of façade, balcony or plot where the sign will be installed. We can include a photo of the property, a QR code linking to the online listing, and blank space to write the phone number by hand if you prefer.
How to send your artwork
Send us your logo and details as a PDF or high-resolution image (300 dpi), or tell us the text and phone number and we’ll lay it out for you in your brand identity. Before production we send you a digital proof of the sign for your approval.
Service for estate agencies
For agencies with recurring orders, we keep your design template on file (logo, colours, format) and produce new signs as soon as you send us the reference and contact phone number for each property, by email or by phone.
Frequently asked questions
Which material stands up best to the weather?
Polypropylene holds up well to sun, wind and rain and is the most common material for façade or balcony signs. Foamboard is more rigid and is mainly used for building-site signs or display stands.
Can I order just one sign, or only large batches?
You can order anything from a single sign for one property to a batch using the same template for several properties.
Do you keep my design on file for future orders?
Yes. If you work with us on a recurring basis, we keep your brand template on file so you only need to send us the details for each new property.
