How you design it
Upload your image or your logo and place it on the 3D mug: spin it with your finger or the mouse and see where the artwork falls before you order anything. You can add text too. If what you have is a vector logo (PDF, SVG, AI or EPS), upload it as it is — it prints with a clean edge at any size.

Can I order a single mug?
Yes. The smallest pack is one unit and you can order it like any other.
What file do I need to upload?
An image in PNG, JPG or WEBP, or a vector in PDF, SVG, AI or EPS. The higher the resolution of the photo, the better it prints; the designer warns you if the image is too small for the size you have set.
How long does it take?
It depends on how busy the workshop is and on the quantity. We confirm the date when we accept the order; if you need it for a particular day, tell us first through contact or WhatsApp and we will tell you whether it makes it.
