Ordering works the same way for every family.
You choose the item in the catalogue and upload your logo in the online designer.
You see the pack price instantly according to the quantity you choose and pay straight from the website, with no need to wait for a quote by email.
The lead time is confirmed when you place the order, since it depends on the item and the quantity in stock.
With the same designer you can also order custom T-shirts, stickers and printed mugs, with the same pack-and-quantity pricing.

How each item is personalised
Every item supports one or more personalisation techniques: laser engraving, pad printing, digital printing and, depending on the item, DTF, transfer or sublimation. You choose the technique on each product page.
Laser engraving marks the material itself: it doesn’t add ink on top, so it never peels or fades with the everyday use of a pen, a keyring or a bottle that goes in and out of a bag. The trade-off is that the engraving is a single tone, the one the material takes on when marked; it works for a logo, a name or a tagline, not for reproducing several colours with gradients. When your logo has several colours or gradients, a printing technique (pad printing, digital printing, DTF or transfer, depending on the item) is the better fit.

Materials laser engraving can mark: bamboo, wood, cork, stainless steel, aluminium, leather and felt. Ceramic and glass only after testing with the specific item, since not every glaze marks the same way.
Frequently asked questions
Is there a minimum quantity?
Yes: items are sold in packs, not as single units. Setting up the machine costs the same for one piece as for fifty, so the smallest pack is 25 units for lower-cost items and 5 or 10 for the more expensive ones.
Can I mix items in the same order?
Yes. Each item is its own pack, so you could order, for example, a pack of keyrings and a pack of pens in the same order; they are paid for and prepared separately.
What format should I send my logo in?
A PNG or JPG works, the bigger and sharper the better. If you have your logo in vector format (AI, EPS or SVG), the result is cleaner; if you don’t, send it to us via WhatsApp or email and we’ll tell you if it works as is.
Can I see a sample before ordering?
We don’t send free single units: personalising one piece costs the same as preparing the whole pack, so it isn’t worth it. If you want to see the result with low risk, a pack of 25 keyrings is the cheapest way to try it.
