Frequently asked questions

Can I order a single unit?

No. Every item is sold in a pack because setting up the engraving machine costs the same for one piece as for the whole pack. The cheapest pack to try the service is usually the 25-unit one.

What logo format do you need?

We accept PNG and JPG, but a vector file (AI, EPS or SVG) gives the cleanest result, especially for logos with fine lines or small text.

Can the engraving be done in several colours?

No. The laser marks the item's own material, with no ink, in a single tone: the colour the material takes on when marked. It works well for a logo, a name or a slogan, not for multicolour designs.
