About this product
The CN11 distintivo (the official classification plaque) identifies urban hotels classified in the 1-star category in the Canary Islands, that is, hotel establishments located on consolidated urban land outside tourist zones. The owner must display the plaque outside to certify this classification.
Regulations
Decreto 50/2011, of 8 April (BOC no. 81), regulates the design of the CN11 plaque and requires it to be placed on the façade, next to the main entrance, visible from the street. The urban hotel category, distinguished from a hotel located on tourist land, is defined in Decreto 142/2010, of 4 October, the Regulation of Tourist Accommodation Activity in the Canary Islands.
Features
- Size: 30 x 30 cm.
- Material: aluminium composite panel, suitable for outdoor use.
- Design: official CN11 plaque per the annex to Decreto 50/2011.
- Fixing: can be fixed with screws or mounting adhesive.
Ordering and delivery
It is made to order and shipped to any island in the Canaries. As a personalised product it is not subject to the 14-day right of withdrawal (art. 103.c LGDCU, the Spanish consumer protection law); a manufacturing defect is replaced free of charge, per shipping and returns.
See the rest of the categories at Canary Islands classification plaques and the guide Canary Islands classification plaque: what it is and who needs it. If the hotel is not on consolidated urban land, the correct plaque is the CN06, 1-star hotel; for the next category there is the CN12.
