We produce everything in Gran Canaria and deliver across Gran Canaria and the rest of the Canary Islands. Here are our production times, delivery options and a summary of our returns policy.
Production times
Times are counted in working hours, Monday to Friday. Saturdays, Sundays and national, Canary Islands regional or Mogán local public holidays do not count. The clock starts once payment is confirmed and you have approved the design or digital proof, whichever happens later. If you place an order on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, it goes into production on the next working day, normally Monday, which is when the countdown starts.
- Personalised T-shirts, up to 49 units: 72 working hours.
- Personalised T-shirts, 50 units or more: up to 7 working days. Most orders leave in around 96 working hours, but we keep that margin for large runs.
- All other products (name badges, mugs, stickers, banners, canvases, signage and large-format printing): we confirm the timeframe together with the quote or during checkout.

Collection from our premises
You can collect your order free of charge from Calle El Drago 13, Local Semisótano, 35140 Mogán. We will let you know by email or phone as soon as it is ready and agree a collection time: we operate by appointment, every day from 10:00 to 15:00. For customers in the south of Gran Canaria (Arguineguín, Puerto Rico, Maspalomas or Playa del Inglés), this is the fastest option, as no transport time is added to the production time.
Deliveries within the Canary Islands
We deliver to all seven Canary Islands with Correos (the Spanish national postal service). At checkout you can choose between:
- Correos Standard Parcel: from €5.36 (IGIC included), depending on the parcel’s weight
- Correos Registered Post: from €6.97 (IGIC included), depending on the parcel’s weight
- Free delivery: on orders from €60 weighing up to 10 kg, and on any order from €100
All prices on the website are shown IGIC-inclusive, so the amount shown in the basket is what you are charged. Transport time is added to the production time and depends on the destination and carrier; we send you the tracking number once your order leaves the workshop.
Delays and incidents
If, for reasons beyond Publink’s control (a stock shortage at our supplier, disruption to inter-island sea transport, or force majeure), we are unable to meet the stated timeframe, we will let you know and offer you a new delivery date or cancellation of the order with a full refund.
Returns and warranty
Products with a manufacturing defect are replaced free of charge. Personalised items are excluded from the 14-day right of withdrawal under article 103.c) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007, the recast Spanish General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users).
