  • Arranging delivery of orders to the address given by the customer.

Legal basis

The legal basis for processing your data is the performance of the contractual relationship established when you place an order or request a quote, the consent you give when submitting the contact form and, where applicable, compliance with legal obligations applicable to the business activity.

Recipients of the data

To provide the service, some data is shared with the following providers, who act as data processors or independent controllers as applicable:

  • Stripe, for secure card payment processing.
  • The carrier responsible for delivering the order to your home or collection point.

Data retention

Data linked to orders is kept for as long as necessary to comply with the legal and tax obligations for retaining invoices and commercial documentation. Data from enquiries submitted through the contact form is kept for as long as needed to handle the request and, after that, until the data subject requests its deletion.

You can exercise your rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation (deletion) and Objection, as well as Portability and Limitation of processing (the “ARCO-POL” rights under Spanish data protection law), at any time by emailing pedidos@publinkgc.com stating which right you wish to exercise and attaching a document proving your identity. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, www.aepd.es) if you believe the processing does not comply with the applicable regulations.
